Calvin Carter Jr.
(Drums & Percussion) was born in 1974,in Hartford,Connecticut. As the youngest member of the band, Calvin sure didn't play like it. Whether he's slammin'the funk with authority,or playing it staight with style. Calvin can bring on the thunder any way you like it.With his father(Calvin Carter Sr.)being a jazz drummer while Calvin was young,Calvin started playing the drums at the age of four.His playing has a unique sense of style that only the pro's can handle,and can turn the beat around faster than you can say,""Give up The Funk"! He has played for such musicians as James Perry,Cedric Thomson and Rick Dior. Calvin has also played bands like Mo'Money and Bill Hannah's Jazz Jam. He also plays Gospel with the likes of John P Kee and Patrick Love.Calvin is definitely a treat to listen to each and every time he picks up those sticks!
Donald Dean
(Guitar,Lead and Background Vocals)Donald was born in Charlotte, NC, where at the age of seven, he discovered he had the natural gift to sing and perform in front of a small audience. Later, he learned play the piano and other instruments. Donald started performing professionally at thirteen with his family?s group. Through the years Donald learned the entertainment business. In 1979 he recorded his first project at the Refection Studio. Donald co-promoted after-game functions with the Charlotte Hornets and other NBA players and also Michael Jordan All-Star Weekend functions. He was the assistant music director in several hit plays like, ?A Good Man is Hard to Find? and Hidden Agenda and more. Donald has shared the stage with the Temptations, The SOS.Band, Keith Washington, R.Kelly and more. Spreading love is what Donald is all about, when he hits the stage,He's a must see performer. You will hear a taste of jazz, rock and gospel influences from his guitar. Donald Dean is a True Musician!

Rudy Meeks
(Bass Guitar & Vocals} Is an inspiriation instead of an aspiring performer. His life paints a portrait we can only admire, because Rudi Knows his beginnings. As a teenager ,Rudi was one of the founder members of The Voltage Brothers. Rudi's talent contributed to three albums with the group,and collaborations on their original work. Rudi has performed with such talent as Teddy Pendergrass,Earth,Wind,And Fire,Gladys Knight and many others.Rudi took on many responsibilities while he was with Voltage from arrangingthe sets,to the overall management of the band. With his experience and expertise,Rudi left Voltage to form PEACE And LOVE.Which has turned out to one of southeast's most successful band's. Rudi's real love and passion for all styles of music truly show when he's at his best...on the stage.As a leader he is strong,as a musician he is dynamic,as a performer you couldn't wish for a more high energy performance night after night.Rudi truly gives the audience what they to see and hear.
Ryan Brown
(Lead Vocalist)Born to James & Mattie Brown on August 15, this versatile Vocalist began singing at the age of 6. Influenced by what ever he heard his mother and sisters singing to, he began to developed a great love for all types of music. But mostly influenced by Nat King Cole, Stevie Wonder, Luther Vandross and Steve Perry. Ryan has had the opportunity to perform with great singers such as Shirley Murdock, Gerald Lavert, Freddie Jackson, Glen Jones And Lenny Williams to name a few. Ryan has been blessed to be able to travel, perform and make friends all over these great United States. And he looks forward to one day making you one of his friends when he comes to your town. Steve Todd
(Saxophone & Background Vocals)a native of Concord,North Carolina,Steve began playing the sax at the age of thirteen. Three years later,he began to perform for an audience...that's when his love for music came to life. Stephen has toured with the gospel play "Lord, Save My Children From Destuction". Stephen has not only performed with various jazz groups,around the Charlotte Area for twelve years,but has also recorded with Jem Productions. Steve's love for music,especially jazz,breathes a different kind of light on Peace and Love. Whether playing it smooth on the soprano, or wailing away on the tenor,Stephen is a talent that should not be missed!
